Terms and Conditions:
Minimum stay is two nights. During the summer (June 15th to September 15th) and Christmas and Thanksgiving holiday periods, minimum stay is four nights. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made that does not meet the required minimum stay. Some exceptions are possible for last minute reservations - please call.
A $300 security deposit is required to make a reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone 60 days prior to the reservation. All reservations are subject to a $120 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 60 days notice will be charged 50% of the total reservation fee unless we are able to rebook the room. The balance due may be paid by check or credit card. Checks must be received 30 days prior to check-in. A 4% service charge will be added to credit card balances.
You must notify us at time of booking if more than 6 guests will occupy the property. The extra guest fee is $20 per person, per day or $100 per person per week. Occupancy by more than 6 guests without advance notice will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
We love pets and they are welcome with advanced notice. The pet fee is $25 per pet. There is no daily fee for pets. Bringing pets without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
There is a cleaning fee of $50 for reservations of 3 or less and $75 for reservations of 4 nights or more.
The Pet, Cleaning, and Extra Guest fees are not included in the displayed rates. They will be added later.
A 10% discount is available when booking both units. The online reservation will not show the discount. We will make the adjustment manually.
We only accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please provide a phone number so we may contact you if necessary. Please let us know in the "reservation notes" if you are bringing pets or extra guests. You will receive an automatic email confirming your reservation. Some spam filters screen out auto responses so check your spam basket if you do not see our email. Please see our FAQs for driving directions and other information.
